Rich云控提供如下功能

1.批量打粉

2.批量接粉及工单

3.客服坐席

4.批量管理账号，包括批量修改账号信息，退群，踢设备，解除双向冻结等

注意：平台里所有选项都有名词解释，如果您看不懂某个选项是什么意思，那么把鼠标放在选项旁边的问号图标上面，会显示这个选项的意思，如图：
